Information collected
The enquiry form collects the contact and requirement details you choose to provide so that Samprada or an authorized representative can respond. Do not include sensitive personal information, passwords or confidential source code.
Training Assistant follow-up
When WhatsApp notifications are configured, a summary of your submitted requirement and verified call details is also sent privately to Samprada through the WhatsApp Business Platform. Verification codes are not included. These notifications do not start a WhatsApp chat with you.
The Training Assistant answers general questions from verified website content. If you choose the guided requirements workflow, it collects and verifies contact information with your consent and sends your reviewed enquiry privately to Samprada. General questions do not require contact details.
Bharat Paddhat experiences and discussion
Contributions include your display name or pen name, your words, an optional email address, your sharing choice and the time of consent. They are stored privately for the author’s review. Email addresses are never included in public discussion responses. Submissions are not sent by email or to the Training Assistant.
“Share with author only” keeps a contribution private. It cannot be published from the review inbox. “Make visible after approval” permits your words and display name to appear on the article only after Samprada approves them. Comments and replies also require approval. If you later want a private experience published, submit it again with explicit public-sharing consent.
You may use a pen name and leave email blank. Avoid sharing identifying information about others without their permission. To request removal, contact the author using the website’s contact page and provide the article title, display name and approximate submission date. The author can unpublish or delete contributions; deleting a discussion also deletes its replies. Stored contributions remain until the author deletes them. Hosting and backup administrators may have operational access; author-only describes the audience within the website.
Essential security controls use a keyed network identifier to limit abusive submissions and sign-in attempts. Owner access uses an essential, HTTP-only session cookie that expires after eight hours. The public form does not save drafts in browser storage.
Purpose and retention
Selected discussion times are provisional until Samprada approves them. A private approval record stores your name, email, company, requested time, meeting reference and the owner’s decision for scheduling follow-up, independently of the short-lived enquiry session. Approval records remain until removed by the owner’s administrator. Declining a time or suggesting an alternative cancels the original calendar reservation. Calendly may send a provisional invitation before approval.
The guided enquiry collects your name, email, company, role, country, phone and learning requirements with consent. A one-time code verifies access to your email; it does not verify your legal identity. Codes expire after ten minutes and are stored as keyed hashes. A secure, HTTP-only enquiry cookie lasts up to 24 hours. Private server records expire after 24 hours and are removed on the next enquiry request. Email correspondence may remain in the recipient’s mailbox. Draft answers remain in the open browser chat and are not saved in local storage.
If you choose to load the Calendly scheduler, Calendly processes your scheduling details. Your name, email and short requirement name may be prefilled. Google Calendar and Google Meet provide meeting invitations and conference links when connected. Requirement details and verified meeting confirmations are sent to Samprada and, for meeting confirmations, to your verified email address through the configured email provider.
Information is used only to assess and respond to training or consulting enquiries, maintain necessary correspondence and prevent abuse. Company details may also be submitted to a configured private screening service so that public-business credentials and risk indicators can be reviewed before an engagement. Automated indicators are not treated as proof of wrongdoing and require human verification. Information should be retained only as long as needed for these purposes and applicable obligations.
Service providers and transfers
Hosting, bot-protection, email-delivery and messaging providers may process limited technical or enquiry data when configured. Their terms and processing locations should be reviewed before production launch.
Your choices
You may request correction or deletion of enquiry information through the contact channel published on this website. Legal identity and contact details for formal privacy requests require owner confirmation before launch.
Cookies and analytics
This implementation does not enable advertising trackers or analytics by default. Essential security mechanisms may process network identifiers to prevent abuse.
